Feedback: Location wise good. The room's AC was not working. After repeated reminders they finally changed the room. The staff was not courteous. Food quality was ok.

Sticky and smelly floor. Bathroom isn't maintained well. Water bottles are sold at a premium over MRP.

Location is good. It's just 100m away from Bus stop. Rooms are hygienic. They clean your room every day. I had a problem with wifi, though they said they will fix it they didn't throughout my stay. Other than services were fine. Food is also fine.

had a overall good experience, individual services can be more prompt, location and infrastructure wise 10 on 10, had some issues with ventilation exhaust of washroom, upon told repeatedly the response was lukewarm, as there's no alternative for the foul smell of washroom go out without ventilation had to leave with that the hotel staff logic was other people face problem if ventilation is on, that theory doesn't stand as I didn't pay for inhaling foul smell. food is good in the resturant, probably service could be more better otherwise barring these few issues I had a overall good experience

The room condition was okay, but the service quality was terrible. I was not able to get any response regarding the poor room Wi-Fi speed and the broken calling bell, which was not working from the beginning, even within the three night stays. The room service was also very poor—they frequently forgot our food orders. One night, they almost closed the restaurant without serving our food. Fortunately, I happened to be downstairs at the time and had to insist they arrange something so we wouldn't have to starve that night. The receptionist charged us to allow a late check-out of just 2 hours. We needed a C form for FRRO purposes, but they intentionally delayed it, citing server issues. Finally, they denied providing it altogether, claiming that the FRRO had instructed them not to issue it. These issues are completely unacceptable, especially after spending a significant amount of money.

It’s an average hotel. Food quality is some how good. I stayed since 8 years. Present comfortably is not like as earlier. Hope for the best next time.

Location is good. Staffs r quiet good. Quality of food is very good bt billing system is very poor. They frequently mismatch the food bills with other.

Location and was good, room also spacious. However the room was old, bed sheets and towels provided had stains.

This hotel is located very near to NH44. Room was good and neat, though not much spacious. Bathroom also small but was neat. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and the food was good. We had faced some parking issues. We had to park our car on the roadside just in front of the hotel and they would call every now and then to re-park which was little annoying. There was no kettle in the room so we could not make coffee in the morning.
