Review Of SS Grand Hotel with Swimming Pool

I can’t check in into the hotel because of it’s location was soo far to city. It was not convenient to family and children. It was only for drinking alcohol and private party’s. So I requested to make my trip to shown one tag line for not able to families. I have contacted customer care to get my refund also.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The location is far from the city and quite difficult to find, especially if you're not familiar with the area. There were no proper signs or directions, making the journey even more frustrating. Upon arrival, i was disappointed to see that the hotel's maintenance was almost nonexistent. The room looked outdated, the furniture was worn out, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The cleanliness was below average, and it was clear that the hotel staff did not prioritize upkeep. The worst part came after checkout when the staff suddenly accused me of damaging the washroom pipe! i had no issues with the bathroom while staying there, yet they tried to put the blame on me. It felt like an unfair attempt to charge extra money, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor maintenance, inconvenient location, and dishonest staff made it a very disappointing stay. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better place.

Stay is not true to its image. Unfortunately stay was not worth therefore we had to check within 2 hours of check in .

very nice place to visit with family. swimming pool are also good for kids & family. rooms & bathrooms are also good. well maintained.

No proper ventilation in bathroom, no proper windows, no laundry services

Hotel was Excellent. The service was good and we were taken good care of nad it is secured for girls group also.

Worst and very bad experience. The hotel stands below the standard.. The pictures shown are during inaugural. Looks like abondened property. Lack of maintenance. Careless staffs.

It was a nice stay. The stay is safe and pleasant . I have travelled with family and it was a super experience

The hotel room was ok only, i wouldn't say it was good. The sheets had stains on them. The ac and geyser were working. But tv couldn't be turned on. Swimming pool access was rejected by the hotel staff.

As per my experience i would like to share below 1. The hotel is far out and the road conditions are pathetic 2. Does'nt have basic amenities like drinking water. 3. If you need tea or food you have to go at-least 1. 5 kms 4. Mainly i found frog inside the bathroom and cockroaches in room. 5. This hotel is not suitable for family stay.

Location was very far from main road bathrooms were not clean at all with insects and bugs even frogs bedsheets were not clean at all too

In this budget this room was excellent. It is hard to find this hotel no hotel is near by this stay they don't provide breakfast complementary

Decent hotel for short stay and close to beaches and temples in pondicherry. Rooms and bathrooms are clean

Excellent room and cleaning with tv and swimming pool battery backup and location is very peaceful.
