SS International

Positives: - 1. Location of the SS International. 2. View from the room. 3. Room size and amenities. 4. Polite and helpful staff. 5. Well covered car parking. Negatives: - 1. No provision for exhaust fan in the washroom. 2. Pillows were dirty and the pillow covers smaller in size which couldn't cover the whole pillow. 3. Room service was good but the food was bad. 4. They did not accept card. Only cash payment at the time of check out.
There was a hand sanitizer placed at the reception area. We and our luggage were sprayed with some disinfectant upon arrival. There was a notice at the reception area that everyone should wear a mask. That's it. Nothing else in the name of safety. The staff wasn't wearing masks. No visible sanitization of lobby or rooms.

I made this booking through MMT. The SS International is at a very beautiful and peaceful location. All the balconies open to natural beauty. You can see, feel the beauty. The scenery was awesome. I had issues with room service especially their housekeeping section. The receptionist was very polite and treated very well. The guy Sanjeev was too good, he was very helpful. He greeted at every moment with a smile. The staff was very cooperative that made our stay very comfortable. I have 4-star rating just for the lackness in their housekeeping section. Overall the SS International was very good and loved it. Will again plan to visit in the future.

No doubt Hotel is well organized and maintained, Staff is very cooperative. Room was very good with all the required facilities that you needed when living with family or I would say with friends as well. Hotel has good arrangement for Parking as well as your driver stay. Food was bit expensive and SS International is almost 1 KM far from the Gandhi Chowk Market so every time when you need something which is not available in Hotel you need to walk for 1 KM and it is not an easy job as way to Gandhi Chowk market is not a flat and wide road, even it is very narrow and hilly road where you need to track instead of walk.

Hotel is on Dalhousie Khajjiar Road, approx 750 meter from Mall road (Gandhi Chawk) i.e. 15 minutes walk or 5 min drive from SS International. We visited the place in off season so not too much guest were there and accordingly staff was less however this does means that service gets compromised. The SS International staff is very courteous and helpful. Service is excellent specially by Akshay Kumar and Mr. Sanjay. Overall it was nice stay at SS International. Rooms are okay size and clean. All rooms have balconies and valley view which is nice.

Situated at very cool place near mall road near to khajiyaar, stay in SS International is totally plea-sent experience. Room services are really admirable and extra facilities are also available either free of cost or with minimum charges, which you can't expect in other SS Internationals. View from the SS International is its quality. Good security and parking for customers cars with free and nice arrangements for drivers accompanying guests. Complete comfortable and value for money stay.

One of the best SS International in dalhousie, it was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was, king-size' and very comfortable for sleep. Free wifi works perfectly. I would recommend this SS International for both buisness or pleasure trips. Little bit issue with its buffet option.

Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and tidy ,best part was the balcony provided with super scenic view , the interior though got a little faded from here and there but it still looked beautiful ❤️ bathroom has 24/7 running hot/ cold water , clean surfaces, clean floors ,everything was excellent even the staff was very friendly, co-operative, trained, helpful overall it was a wonderful stay for a family of 3 including a child .

We stayed there for 02 days. The location of the SS International is good and a little far from the noise of the market the view from the SS International was very good, plenty of parking space available. Good location if you have any vehicle, staff was very courteous, rooms was clean and nice, they just need to improve their breakfast buffet rest all was very good. Overall recommended for stay.

Property is located near by dalhousie public school and from SS International room balcony you can enjoy scenes of mountain and clouds. Moreover a peaceful place where you can enjoy your day and companion. A nice experience.

Location is amazing with a beautiful balcony view also the room was neat and clean and the staff was very cooperative and humble. Overall experience was very good.

View from balcony was awesome, we had experienced the snowfall there. Location of SS International is little far from the main gandhi chowk but it's worth staying there outside crowded areas.

In short or simple way, all facilities are excellent.

Our stay in the SS International was very good, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The view is to die for and the place is close to the market so can go walking. Lovely place must visit.
