Review Of ST.THOMAS INN

No car parking facility,located inside narrow street,worst maintenance,bad smell all along the hotel,too much cost for this hotel, not recommended, provided only one double bed for three person's but the room image shows one double bed and one single bed in phoos, all the images of the rooms are not true,totally worst experiance with hotel.

The room was very conjusted

online I found this hotel....just above average cleanliness ..no continues hot water and no restaurant ... mosquitos also present... finally just above average

I came here because i read a review stated the staff treat the guests like god. Its true surprisingly im expecting its group of people but it's only Mr Ram (receptionist) did very good job. He did his job like he is the owner. And he and with one other old guy running the operation 24/7. Keep it up.

Host (mr ram) is very good & friendly. He made our stay very comfortable eventhough the room is so so.

No room facilities availabel which are shows at the time of booking and so many mosquitos in rooms many time power cuts and no power backup for ac

I didn't stay here and same day left for another hotel. Bedsheet had blood stain, cobwebs everywhere, walls are dirty, cabinet has full termites, purposely not on the ac, i name of towel a small dirty towel was given. I can go on but waste of time. Mmt shouldn't keep such hotel on list

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. I went with family and they have no consideration. Rooms are worst quality.

Tidy facilities i. E. Bedsheet, pillow, room also the washroom is very small, hot water not coming totally very bad experience

I had booked room in st. Thomas inn on 24th aug'22. First of all they had given wrong location around 1. 5 km away from hotel. Bed broken, linen dirty, toilet seat broken, ac not cooling, room very dirty, unhygienic and smelly. Toilet door handle broken. It was horrendous experience staying there. Mm t didn't even care for customers as i called at customer care but no option was available for complaining in such situation. Talking to customer care executive option was not available. I had mailed them but didn't get any call. It was like they had trapped you by charging to non refundable hotel.

Tried calling many times. No one picked. Googmaps were also not accurate

We go to hotels\rooms for resting which includes two things 1. Good and clean Mattress to have peaceful sleep. 2. Clean and hygienic washrooms to get refreshed after a hard days work on business trips. Either of these were not met Given room with a. Unclean linen on bed not even towels were provided. b. Washroom was pathetic, No Hot water, commode was not at all washed for quite some time looking as if to be in Railway station, No shower, No geezers, c. Whole room was stinking it was given to me after the previous guest vacated like a hostel room, without any changing as it is, d. They don't have idea about hygiene or cleaning of washrooms, e. OYO is equally responsible for this kind of goofups, they should periodically inspect and guide with professional to keep up the facility quality, g. Please don't go for OYO properties they are unmaintained.

I have already given description and location. Food was not available, had to buy from outside. Even breakfast was only omelet and toast.
Room was stuffy. Not enough to move. Toilet was without selves. Hotel is next to main street but in a narrow lane. Only good thing was behaviour of the staff is cooperative and smiling.

There no in-house restaurant that taking outside food.
Not a good stay. I am not satisfied with that stay.

The room booked by us was business class room. But room allowed to us was single bed room after complaint many times hotel owner provide us business class room at 19.00 pm. This room was not like business class room. Facilities was limited.
