It’s a good place to stay and nice location

We poor maintenance and rooms are very bad. Can't stay for one day

We poor maintenance and rooms are very bad. Can't stay for one day. So please check the place and your need before booking. No cleaning. Paint coming on walls, no lock, windows always open and no option to close. Beds never cleaned and no blanket.

Don't book via MMT

Do not book. Via make my trip. They say they have no alliance with MMT and you're left asking MMT for a refund. I still didn't get mine.

This hotel does not accept any reservation from MMT. I reached with family at night 9pm and learnt that I do not have any reservation. I was utterly in deep problem. However when I contacted MMT an alternative arrangement in a neighbouring hotel was done very quickly. St. Xavier guest house is a nasty place not suitable for family stay.
