Everything was very nice. My mother really enjoyed. The best thing was the staff. The girl name ridhima was really sweet to talk and the hotel was fabulous. Nearest to gurudwara. Best place to stay

Hotel is centrally located, walkable distance from golden temple and jallianwala baug. Hotel and rooms are neat and clean. Front desk staff members are very co-operative and responsive. Food is also very good. A very good hotel to stay. My experience is excellent.

Golden lagoon hotel overall revie

Golden lagoon is just 100 mtrs away from golden temple and jalan wala bagh which is the biggest plus point. Proximity to main tourist place is biggest plus point. Secondly on the rooms, rooms were neat and clean but very small i feel. Even though it was sufficient for our stay, a bit larger rooms would be good for ease of movement within rooms. Bathrooms were also small. The executive rooms are much better. Luxury rooms are bit small. But hotel staff are really good and they attend to every query of yours immediately. Manraj singh the transport person arranged good ertiga cars for our travel and drivers were very friendly and showed us vaishnav devi temple, attar i border, durgiana temple at reasonable cost. Thy dropped us to airport also next day. Masala durbar hotel was decent enough, fried rice, noodles, chole batura, dal fry were all tasty and good. Soups were average. But overall i think food was good. Good behavior of staff and proximity is biggest plus of golden lagoon

It was a pleasant experience to stay at this property. Room view has jallianwala bagh views. You get out straight to the market and the harmandir sahib is 100mtrs walk. Just a perfect place to stay. Staff was courteous from checkin to checkout we had no hassle.

All over was fantastic…food ,service, staff behaviour , i read bad reviews fr staff behaviour but found wrong …very friendly behaviour ..neat n clean rums ..only washrum space is less bt oderwise was superb in everyway . My stay dere was great .

The best part abu the hotel is that ambience and service. The staff is very supportive. The goldern temple os only 150 mts away walk and jhaliya wala bhag is 150 mts away walk and the hotel is just above the main market so its overall a 10

The hotel is located 100 meters from golden temple and exactly next to jallianwala bagh memorial exit which is a big advantage. The hotel is well maintained very neat and clean. I rate customer service excellent. Very cordial, helpful and responsive. Food in the hotel restaurant is super. Overall i am satisfied and recommend to my friends. Being very close to the temple sometimes auto will not reach to the point but hotel staff will guide and help you. They also make local travel arrangements upon request. Very courteous staff
