Hotel accessories are good staff is cooperative but they next down resturant was closed due to some problm that caused some discomfort for me. Rest is okay.

Not a pleasant stay here in hyderabad. People are worst with customer service. I will not recommend to my friends and family.

Hotel staff using guests vehicle for their personal use without guests permission.

None of the person was available for check in

This is a very economic hotel located at the heart of jubilee hills just a few metres from apollo hospital. It is not luxurious but has all the necessary adequate facilities including elevator, hair dryer, air conditioning etc and therefore worth the money. Clean and hygienic. Safe for single women travelers. Can improve on the mattresses to provide a more firm one that is friendly to the back and para-spinal muscles.

Cleaning and hygiene is ok but cleaning asking for cash when ever they come for cleaning

No basic amenities were provided to me. I asked for a towel like 8 times ( yes i counted ) to three people working there. But all in vain. P. S. No drinking water. Electricity rab off like multiple times

It was the worst stay in this hitel as i complained to the hotel staff whole night that ac is not working but seems like nobody gives a damn about that. Kindly look into the matter urgently as it was too hot and nobody addressed our problem as well. I will say just pathetic stay

Property's location is good if stay for medical purpose at apollo hospital, hygiene i would say average. Wash basin taps were broken. Safety is not that good. Not suitable for family

Very short of staff, it took an effort to get the room cleaned and to get fresh towels. The worst was at time of check-out they wanted payment again even though it was payed there MMT. First time it happened for me.

The bed was infested with bed bugs and I changed my room thrice and still had this problem I could not sleep at all. The room had bugs crawling all over.

Me and my friends had booked rooms here for 3 days. The location was about 45-50 minutes away from the airport. It has many shops and hotels close to it. Also, Ola is available. The hotel provides free transport service to the Apollo hospital. Everything was nice except for the cleanliness could have been improved. The sheets and pillows were all old. This was a big let down. But I would say the staff are very supportive and helping. Also the free breakfast was another bonus.

From the entrance - reception - lifts - room, it stings bad odour. Had a stay for 3+ days, for a conference at a nearest venue. Not well known for cab driver and autowalas. But it had good connectivity. Room are clean, they don't provide soaps, shampoo, newspaper(kits) etc. Where most of hotels provide. Cards are used to lock the room, it doesn't work for most occasions, they provide masterkey, most of time you can't find a receptionist. You need a lot of patience and time, cool mind. They use these words more often - sir sorry, i can be done, good, excuse sir. But nothing works ultimately, sorry I didn't count how many times they used it. Basic sanitation can be improved. I don't advice, health at a concern.

Location is nearer to apollo hospital, cleaned in entrance and corridors are not proper maintaining, reception service and room service are not properly maintained in my room bathroom lock and intercom was not working and there is no proper response from the management side.
