I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The bedsheets and bedcovers looked used, with many black marks and stains. The washbasin was unhygienic, and to my shock, a frog actually came out of it. The kettle was dirty and smelled bad, and the AC was leaking water.
What made the experience worse was the lack of support from the staff. As a person with a disability, I really needed their assistance. When I tried to contact a staff member to ask about nearby hotels, he picked up the call but did not communicate properly and cut the call early. This was very unprofessional and left me feeling helpless.
Overall, the cleanliness, facilities, and service were far below expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the standards of hygiene and the attitude of the staff.
