Very Good Staff. Amneties were well provided.

The hotel ambience was the worst. No proper entrance.. lot of noise from other rooms, hotel staff’s barging inside room while me inside without prior notice.

The service is very poor, and the receptionist doesn't know how to treat customers properly. Please provide training on how to handle situations and problems without upsetting the customer.

The rooms very poorly maintained. The toilets are not cleaned. The house keeping was very bad. Also the overall hotel is least maintained. I think there is some issue with the management.

The frontage is not as shown in the pictures. The entrance of the hotel is from behind the building. Poor service as the toilet flush was already broken when we checked in. Even after reporting the issue, no one came for repairing it. No toiletries were available also. Unpleasant smell in the washroom.

Very bad experience from arrival. No wallet parking, security doesn’t even show where to park the car, nobody came to collect the luggage, security was sitting outside the hotel doing nothing. Toilet flush was broken and breakfast was poor as well.

Worst experience ever. Very old hotel old room. No amenities, no hot water, bad smell in room. Extremely poor service. I would never recommend this hotel. I trusted MMT value and booked but unfortunately very bad experience.

I stayed in the Hotel for a Night, on 13-14 Aug 2025. At the Reception I was told that, I am being upgraded to a Bigger room better than, what I booked in MakeMyTrip Appp. So I get a Suite and guess what 1) The TV does not work properly. The subscription is over is the message that is being displayed. I called the reception. The answer was I will send someone up to the room immediately. But the till l checked out the next day, No one came to sort it out. 2) The Flush is broken and water is flowing continuously into the W.C I called the reception to alert them saying there is a Lot of water that is flowing into the W.C and asked them to send someone to Fix it. The phone was answered by a lady, who said I will immediately send someone. No one came. After 2 Hrs, I went down to the Reception and informed the man at the front desk. ( we discussed as to how much of wastage of water is going on ) To which, he agreed & said it will be fixed ASAP. But till I checked out the next day nothing was done. 3) The Quality of the Buffet Dinner is Below Par. Dal was watery. very poor choice of foods. The Breakfast was Good with sufficient choices & Acceptable quality. 4) Coffee/Tea making facilities were all broken & Dilapidated. Kettle was broken ( It was working still) There was No spoon or stirrer for mixing the Tea & Milk powder or sugar. These are all matters which needs attention. The Location of the Hotel is Good. Parking is decent. But the issues I mentioned were the ones in the Upgraded room of mine......... Now I can't help but imagine what would be the situation of the other rooms.

Property location is excellent with a stunning view from the balcony at a very affordable price. Food was delicious and amenities such as pool and gym were very good. What I would to highlight during my stay in starlit is the excellent service from front office staffs Nancy and Ashwin.Very professional ,Appreciated. They were very happy to help and clear all the issues though there was very less issues
