Rooms are well maintained. All the amenities like refrigerator, micro oven, coffee kettle, guysers are working very well. Cupboards have utensils for dining. Water bottles are supplied. Washrooms are neat and well maintained. Beds are good. Lighting is sufficient. Room service is prompt. However, instant guyser is provided. Hot water supply is poor. Advised to install at least 5 to 10 litres capacity guysers. Bedsheets need to be replaced after every checkout. I found this was missing. Yet better place.

Service was excellent location is also ok not excellent room service was good the restaurant on the ground floor is also good but one suggestion as tirupati is a pilgrim place they should segregate the veg and non veg food at the breakfast counter and also should manta-in a separate kitchen for veg and non veg cooking if possible if they are doing so they should prominently display that non veg kitchen is different rest everything is excellent

Rooms are neat and very spacious. We took double bedroom suite having mountain view. Breakfast verities are good. Swimming pool under maintenance and not informed before.

Hi, staff is very supporting even if you want to check early they will allow you the same as per availability and very cooperative. Food is very tasty and superb pricing is also ok. Only thing where hotel need to focus on amenities like parking and mainly for swimming pool. You have nice pool but it’s not clean.

The stay experience was awesome! hospitality, the staff, and the food is just superb. They even allowed us to extend the checkout hassle free for a couple of hours due to unforeseen reasons. Thanks for the free mm t breakfast upgrade.
