room was good. location was great. we booked room with balcony and view but got road and factory view

Most pathetic hotel, Poor aesthetics, unclean rooms, dull lighting, dirty linens, damaged furniture. the only good thing is the receptionist as she's very courteous. I couldn't bear this poorly maintained property even for 15 mins and checked out. Booked another hotel Sarovar Portico in the town and that was a million times better. Would advise not to waste your money booking room here as it shall definately spoil your trip.

Room is nice, property is good. Fruit qty should be good. Business traveler prefer buffe system of breakfast .

Very good hotel, calm and safe place for stay. Foods are quiet hygienic for helath. I will stay there only from my next visit.

It was a decent stay. They didn't have ceiling fans or table fans that's what i didn't like. The ac was turned to heating mode and i was getting cooked in the heat. Food was way too expensive and they didn't allow outside food as well so had no other choice but to wander around in search of food.

Washroom very dirty. Tv not working. Got hot water after the technician kept the tap open for more than half an hour saying that hot water comes from fourth floor so you will have to keep the tap open for sometime and this sometime was more than have an hour

starwood hotel & resorts in baddi is a standard mediocre property with zero maintenance. you can find ample amount of dust in the room after checking into the same. this is one such property i ever stayed which doesn't have tap in toilet.. only having shower 🚿 as a source of water. this is bit surprising . you can enjoy stinking smell in toilet & ample amount of marks water strains of on the walls of the toilet. the beds are okay but not having proper maintenance. the pillows were smelling a lot. if you order for some room service, you can expect the same will get delivered after an hour unless you lose your patience. the restaurant is having only one service boy with one manager and as a matter of fact lot of mistakes being done by the service boy. moreover the foods are priced fancy with very ordinary tastes. one piece of marble size gulab jamun costed rs 75.00.ridiculous. the front desk manager / receptionist doesn't understand english properly. if you ask for the bath towel you may receive bath soap, that too after waiting for 15 minutes. the kitchen starts at 8 am in the office days so if you expects a cup of tea in the morning, you may have to get deprived. the balcony of the room is not broomed in regular basis as a matter of fact you may find ciggerate butts, match sticks, paper wastes etc etc.& last but not the least, you might get surprised by hearing the hopping sounds of the air conditioning machine on the room in the mid night. the room keys were malfunctioning & unless you lock it from inside there are chances that the doors can be opened from outside without any serious efforts.this is the example of most unprofessional hotel service, i have ever experienced in my life. i will give zero out of 5 for this stay in baddi.

Location is far from main city

Location a very cool, environment is clean, clean air, no polution.
