it is like home stay only with just less than badic amenities only food was excellent like home made

1. The room was too small. 2. No electric kettle, cups were provided in the room. 3. The room was on the 2nd floor, the ceiling was wooden topped with metal sheets. It was getting very cold during the night i will never recommend this place to any friend.

It's nice stay with excellent food, staff behaviour, great location. U will find great view of himalaya from hotel. Mr a joy mehra manager is so cooperative.

The hotel stay inn is non inhibitable. It’s has leakages and very pool musty smell in all rooms. All rooms are right next to the highway where you can hear every truck bus or motercycle passing. Very poor

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The food and hospitality was awesome. Always available on the phone for any order or any request. Took special requests for breakfast as early as 8 am for us.

The stay inn is a beautiful property that gives you the real experience of staying in the mountains. The rooms have a view of the mighty himalayas and the location is very quiet and peaceful. Some details like swing in their garden or the jasmine plants add richness to the experience. The food is delicious and close to a homely feel and the staff is very polite. I totally recommend this place to everyone visiting kausani.

The stay was really comfortable. The location of the hotel was bang on. The himalayas shiny and bright peak were all visible during sunset and sunrise. The hotel staff were very courteous and took extra care with food and hospitality.

The food was good. Also the location is great. Loved the view and hospitality. The rooms are great. They did not have room heaters. Considering the cold weather. But again they provided additional quilts. So very happy

Stay was ok ok. Rooms were also ok ok. Worst part was washroom. There was no drainage in the washroom. The basin pipe was leaking and the water was getting flooded in the washroom because of no drainage. Food was great.

The bed was not suitable for 3 persons. Room service is good. We have a booking today at binsar oak paradise. But due to heavy rainfall the road is damaged. Hotel in-from us that there is no possibilities to reach. Please cancel the hotel and refund the booking amount. Or you can alternate our booking at kausanii or ranikhet immediately. Inform us as quick as impossible. Please reply

Food was terrible service were horrible

This is the great property to stay in kausani. Spacious rooms and clean as well. Good space for bone fire. Caretaker ajay always available there and they arranged everything. Food is very good and they prepare fresh food. Our over all experience was excellent. We enjoyed lot a lot. Rooms are big and hot water always available. All places are near by.

Nice place to stay if you are looking for quiet place away from the crowd. Its 2-3 km away from main town. A good small budget hotel. Rooms are nice with moderate space. You will see clear pancha chili view from its balcony. If you wanna spend couple of days within yourself in the lap of nature, this is the place. Staffs are well behaved. In the downside, prices of food are way too high and as its located on a main connecting road sound oft-he passing trucks might awake you in the night.

Room can be cleaned better. Staff was polite. Good food.

It was family trip room was very good, breakfast was very good quality and quantity wise. Safety and security was excellent, location was average. Overall Stay was outstanding and everything was just perfect. I will recommend to all.
