Room structure is overall good. But there is no lift if your room is 2nd or upper floors and you have large baggage you need to lift through stairs and there is no phone for call for any service which is need to be improved.

Pros: 1. Location - 1. 5 minutes walk from madikeri bus stand 2. Staff are helpful 3. Neat and tidy room 4. Transport support provided cons: 1. Second floor room - no lift service 2. Washrooms are needs to be equipped 3. Hot water provided in the morning only 4. Chairs, storage (beero) are damaged 5. Poor drinking water facility

Hotel rooms were good but no towels, no drinking water and other basic things provided. Receptionist was angry to clarify.

This is not a hotel. This is a place where you cannot eat, bath and do anything else except sleep. It is quiet costly idmf we are gonna just sleep. The rooms are also quite dirty and they didn't even bother to clean it.
