Stay at tara palace was excellent. The room was good and the hospitality provided by the staff and the help from reception for tours was also amazing. Special thanks to the manager manita ma’am for the hospitality and specially for the tour arrangement in a short time

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel staynest tara palace from 23 oct 25 oct and i wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service rooms i received during my stay and staff kabita at the front desk was extremely helpful and went above beyond to make my stay comfortable

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Place was made good but mantainance was lacking. Mcb kept tripping, food was okay but expected better maybe. Water qas not hot enough to bathe nicely

Power supply was intermittent and was charged extra for the room heater. Linens were not very clean and towels were not changed. Only when demanded did they change the towels. Balcony view was awesome and hot water was adequate

Great service we stayed for one night but then the room is not that good many essentials are not provided like toilet paper, warm water is not enough, there is no entertainment like tv and many more.

The hotel is quite good but the distance from mg marg was quite long and the geyser was not working properly. Hotel was not that good geyser was not working properly room was very small some time there was no water in washroom. Hotel staff behaviour was not good they charges me one thousand for the lipstick print on the bedsheet. It was pathetic experience to stay in this hotel.

the stay was okay, the service was below average, the view from the executive rooms was amazing. the location is good but there is no availability of parking which made our stay more inconvenient. they didn't allow outside food and also didn't have food available at their resturant on our first day of stay. overall this property is not suitable for people who are not ready for some trekking 🥲
