Review Of StayVista at Anjee's Chalet

Dear Team StayVista, I would like to share my bad experience with the hotel booking done by me. The place was old and infested with white ants. We could not spend time in that house so started the conversation with of Stay Vista who sent their supervisor to see the place and they were trying to offer us alternative accommodation on some Hill top villa in which we saw on video call but found that place also unclean and so decided to leave the house. That house Anjee Chalet is uninhabitable and not good for public health. I am surprised that such a house is being sold for for two nights when this house should not be offered for public stay until renovated. There must be some Standard for registering a house as the platform has to ensure public safety, public health standards and not market a place without showing this truth of house being old, infested with white ants and badly kept surrounding. I would like you to send me the refund for the deposit paid. I reached the place around 4 pm and left the place at 8 pm as they spent this time in between to find alternative place and send me their supervisor to personally witness the state of house. I would like the health department to see if this room can be sold for hotel and how this check is not kept

It was a good experience.. really nice place to stay with family & friends. We had a great stay with them
