Dear stay vista team, thank you for your messages. It's the 4th time i am using your properties and i would like to highlight that we faced many issues in our stay at this tarika - dera mandi property. - water was not coming properly in each bathroom - clearness was a major issue. No one cleaned the pool, side area and even the living area wasn't clean enough this morning. - shortage of staff which made us feel less effective in every sense
- staff was not transparent with us. They were charging us on water bottles but they were given tap water filled bottles. I was very shocked to see this. - we have asked for mosquito repellent for the places where extra beds we needed but the property was in short of such small required items. I am highlighting here as i use stay vista and similar properties like this but it's not good for the brand. Kindly fix this for future collaborations.
