Went the sunset at alibaug the villa turns to be in golden colour the hole sky nature. Proper road condition till villa this is better our private car

The villa is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the beautiful views, especially at sunset, which made the stay even more special. The staff was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a perfect spot for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend golden sunset for anyone visiting alibaug!

Disappointing stay with no willingness to resolve

After paying premium weekend rates for the stay, the least one expects is having appropriate seating place for the group. That’s the reason one books a villa rather than hotel stay so that the family can spend time together interacting with each other during the stay. However this is the first time ever i have experienced a villa stay with 5-6 uneven chairs kept for the entire seating in living room! obviously after couple of hours none of us could even sit there and had to forcibly retire. The caretaker also agreed to deplorable conditions and had registered our complaint. It would have been more professional and courteous for stay vista to disclose these facts beforehand and not misrepresent the living conditions on photos to mislead people who are booking. For the rate charged by you, i would have definitely not booked this stay with you at all as there were then better options available for that price range. There will always be some minor inconveniences at every place and those are fine but providing such unfurnished living conditions and disinterested approach is not at all acceptable. This was our first time stay at stay vista property and the casual approach taken by your team to resolve the issue doesn’t inspire any confidence to either repeat stay at any stay vista properties or recommend it to anyone. Service industry have survived.
