Me and my friend book 2 room and pay at booking time. When we reached hotel he denied to allocate room and miabehave. After a long argument he allocate only 1 room for both which was very dirty

The category of room i had booked initially was not given, hotel manager said was not suitable for me. I don't what he meant by that. Anyway i had to pay rs 450. 00 per night extra and then i was allocated room number 104. Lift was not working, kitchen was non functional, room telephone was broken, so for every little thing i had to walk down to the reception. All in all not a good experience. Thanks.

I am total disappointed. When i reached hotel he said there is no classic rooms available, you have to book deluxe room for that you have to pay 500 extra. Also rooms are so dirty and unhygienic. Washroom is so dirty. Charging point in the room besides bed are damaged. Tv
was not working. 4-5 times power cut for half hours really worst experience. Ordered food while taking order that kitchen person is saying full and half both are available we ordered half he charged full plate amount. This is really ridiculous. I request you to refund my extra amount charged by hotel which is 1070

Linen used in hotel was of poor quality. They told me that they will change the linen just wait in the room. After that they dont change anything and room sevice was also not good n not on time. Very very bad experience. And also charged me extra money when i reach the hotel.

so dirty blanket and bedsheet and rooms is so small location is quite good they did not allow for oyo bookings plz remember this guys
