Superb stay away from chaos by the river side. The rooms were clean and caretaker and owner were very friendly. Don’t miss to try barbeque here.

It was amazing experience with family and excellent stay with a very beautiful view on river side with nature amazing sun set view in evening nd staff was very friendly nd helpfull overall best stay near sonmarg 😀😀

It was a memorable stay, picturesque location, excellent staff and service. Hygienic rooms, linen, washrooms and kitchen too. Owner was very hospitable and humble and showed us around the property and local sightseeing. Food was also good. It is a bit far from sonamarg but walking distance from main kangan market. 100% recommended for leisurely stays.

Location is in between sonamarg and srinagar highway i. E. Kangan and the cottage is 100 metres from highway. Connecting roads from highway is worst. But it’s a matter of 1 minute only. Nice hospitality with awesome serene natural beauty beside sindhi river in just 20 steps. Food is good and they need to work on back up facilities. Otherwise everything is superb. You will forget all once you see the morning view.

Water edge is a place with great views but pretty much basic amenities. I would not recommend it to people of old age especially in winters. However, i would like to call out for mr. Azhar the manager/ owner of the place, who was extremely courteous and helpful to the best of capabilities any time of the day.
