Stay vista brookvil cottage in lonavla is a beautiful, well-maintained villa perfect for a peaceful getaway. The serene ambiance, spacious interiors, and lush surroundings made our stay truly relaxing. Also thanks to the caretaker, deepak, who was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this villa for a rejuvenating retreat!

Brookvale villa is very well maintained property located in calm and serene location. Property is perfect for large groups - can easily accommodate 4 families. Each room is very well maintained with neat bedsheets, bathrooms and toiletries. Hall is big and can accommodate large groups for fun and timepass. Garden n pool is neat and we'll maintenaned, they also plenty of board games to keeps kids engaged. Caretaker deepak is gem and very polite, sweet and attentive, he was always on toes for anything needed and made our trip a very comfortable. The only down side was good packages offered by stay-vista which is neither logical nor have any flexibility - so we didn't opted for the same (nothing related to property though) overall pleasant and comfortable stay, will visit again!

Villa looks spacious and beautiful in the pictures. However, it’s not the same. But it’s not even that disappointing, could be managed. Best part of the villa is pool which is big and beautifully located at the entrance. It was overall good stay. There were no restrictions on music etc. Caretaker was friendly but was charging us for washing dishes which i found very weird. However, he made arrangements for tea and snacks. Overall good experience.

Pathetic F&B services! Good Villa!

The bungalow was nice and so was the caretaker. However, the StayVista F&B part was really pathetic. Firstly, the team forgot to confirm with the on-gorund team that meals were included in our package. Then we were served the lunch at 3.50pm and we cancelled our hi-tea. To cover this we were provided Barbeque with specific instructions of no mushrooms and to our dismay the veggies had mushroom in it. Now to cover this they got the new marination and veggies but it was already dinner time till then. We had the Barbeque and most of us skipped the dinner. Even in breakfast, the fruit (watermelon) they served was stale and on complaining they removed it and the new one came just when we were checking out. The team tried to cover everything wrong which happened, but when you take the whole money in advance this is not the service which you expect. Really pathetic F&B services from StayVista. Would not suggest to take the F&B with them which is expensive too.
