very old property not worth the price

This property is very old and has worn out completely. Earlier this property was luxurious and beautiful but it is not maintained well and is very old now. The paints has come off and the repaint isn't looking esthetically good. Things are broken and are just made to work. For the price it is definitely not worth the stay. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food was also tasty

Horrible leakage in rooms

The property was horrible. All the rooms were tainted with fungus from leakage. The room smelt fungal as soon as we entered.

The stay was very comfortable and beautiful. The caretaker made sure we get food and chai on time and they made complete arrangements for us. Getting to this property is easy as well as it is very well connected. ?

Good place with average maintenance

familyWe traveled with family. It was good stay and hospitality. But maintenance was average. With some amenities not available and many insects and pests. Security was not good as dogs came at night, were drinking pool water and peeing in the pool

Overall it was a good experience, the property seems to be a bit old. We can see issues like paints coming off in certain areas however if that can be ignored, it was a great experience. The cook was amazing, would highly recommend to eat the food at the property. The pool was well maintained. Cannot sit out in the night especially during monsoons due to mosquitoes and moths. Comfortable stay for 12 people easily.

Our stay was amazing

At first, when I entered the place I was shocked to see the villa because we entered from the back gate and it looked old and tacky. Later on, when we came to the entrance side and entered in the villa, I was amazed by the antique look and the clean space. With the sweet caretaker Santosh, a really nice champ and the other caretakers who took care of us very well made nothing less for us. My family enjoyed the place so much. Everything was neat and clean.
