The location of the property was excellent! perfect for a family trip! the manager, mr. Kuruvilla, the chef and the team made sure our stay is very comfortable! it's a hidden gem!

Great place to spend time with family. Make sure you check in by lunch time to utilise the lawn. Friendly and helpful staff. Swiggy and zomato service is there for the location.

Best villa in kochi with amazing location

Beautifully located at the backwaters, this charming 3bhk villa is built very thoughfully. The interiors are premium and the villa is very well maintained. An in house cook who have been idea, none the less the caretaker helped us in arranging for meals from outside. Recommended to anyone looking for a villa in kochi

Good stay but price was way too high. Private property and 100% privacy assured. Service was really good.
