The room was neat and clean, the amenities were great. The staff responded very politely for every request made by me. The food was very good. The view from the property was breathtaking !

We stayed here as a family of four in the sarion cottage. It was spic k and span and beyond our expectations. The toilets were very clean, so was the linen. The views from the room spectacular and food delicious. We happened to meet the owner and her lovely dog oreo. Our son had a blast. 100% would go again

The stay is located in an isolated area in Theog. The drive was smooth apart from the last km. Rooms have a brilliant view of the valley. The services are up to the mark. Food can be better.

It was a nice stay. Location was good. Food needs more improvement in taste. Dogs are somewhat botheration. But staff was nice and well mannered. Food is little bit expensive. There should be tv in every room. There is problem of parking of cars as well. Every-time they ask for car keys even during afternoon sleep they ring the room bell. However location and weather is good.

The property is underwhelming compared to the pictures. Area is serene and pleasant. Last few hundred metres of approach is steep and gravels ideally avoid coming in a car with low ground clearance. I must point out that the staff was perfectly on point with service quality and attitude. Food is also nice although don’t expect fancy options. No tv or microwave

Pros - 1 location of the property 2 Mr deewakar in staff is a good mann… CONS - 1 No bottled water is given complimentary- after starting in more then 1000 hotels of this category - this is the first one I came across…. 2 - make my trip mentioned the room size to be 500 square ft - but actual room was around 150 square feet - so got to upgrade and pay extra … 3 there were literally spider webs on tv and chairs … 4 Ac water pipe leaking over our head in balcony…

Road towards the stay was extremely bad and there is some construction going on at original route where signages are there. Extremely misleading and no proper assistance provided by the team despite calling several times. Fortunately happened to meet their manager on the way who guided. Breakfast options very limited. Overall decent stay for the price but needs improvement. The balcony seating arrangement on deori 2 was not in good condition at all while other balconies had much better seating. Diwakar ensured extremely good dining experience.

Food is very expensive. They are charging for very basic things. It's very hard to find the location. Some basic things needs to be added there.

Hotel is not equipped with adequate staff. Very disappointing experience. Not worth the amount they charge. Very bad experience. Except location I did not like anything. They call it 5 star but it lacked basic facilities like water, electricity.
