Terrible Stay

The bungalow was very dated and needed renovation. It was nothing like the same is photos. It is in the end of a lane in village which doesn’t even feel premium. Coming to the bungalow management, it is managed by stay vista and their overall attitude is not at all relating to the pet might prove for this bunglow. Since after our booking, one of our own family members had the bad experience, we requested for a cancellation and refund which the stay-vista rejected and assured us a better service. However, when we reached the bunglow, it was not kept cool, the entire main living area has only 2 small acs which dis not help. Plus there was frequest power failure, so much so that there was power failure 8 times in first one hour of check in. What they did for us is arranging a cooler after one hour (which they had promised earlier) but that cooler did not help as it was too noisy plus whenever the cool wud start it wud smell of fish and chicker from the their thrown by it. Secondly, there was a generator in the villa but the caretaker would not use it properly to save diesel and we had to complain again and again to stay-vista team about the same. In terms of food, based on earlier experience, they arranged a different chef and a butler which worked as the food was good and service relating to whole days food was satisfactory. The entire villa was not cleaned well with visuals of spidernets amd stains / dust on sofa and everywhere. Even the beds in the room were too hard to sleep. The chairs of dining table was broken and one of our guest was almost about to fall had enough attention not given by other guest. The swimming pool mentioned is delusional and its only plunge pool (max 6*6 size) which cannot occomodate more than 4 people standing (swimming is out of question. Plus water in the pool was dirty and it wasnt cool. The property pics were nowhere near to the reality and the price mentioned here were arbitrary and it shudnt be more than half of what is being charged for this quality of stay. We were assured continuous communication with stay-vista regional manager but his own number was switched off during our stay and we were asked to deal with local manager. So in all our entire stay was occupied in managing heat, different amenities and different people and we hardly got any time to chill and relax with our friends. should take adequate care while selecting channel partners to live upto its reputation.
