Villa with great view and amazing food !
groupThe view from the villa is amazing and breathtaking. Cleanliness in the rooms and common areas was up to the mark. Great food ! villa offers veg food only, but it was really tasty. Pool was clean. Caretaker were co-operative, helpful and kind. Perfect for family and group of friends.

Excellent Stay
familyGood location with the best view. Essentials are a little difficult to find close by, so travel with them. Good home cooked food from the care taker.

Perfect location and excellent maintained property
Awesome experience with this villa. Excellent antique furniture designed property, cleaned and perfect infinity view swimming pool. Food could be improved like almost 80%

Photogenic place but pathetic inside
The place looks outstanding when photographed. But the devil is in the details. Broken treadmill in drawing room, split ac complete unit lying on the entrance floor for entire trip, fungus on walls, fungus in cupboards, broken items littered in all rooms. Bedside lights not working. Sad state of maintenance. Not worth half the money they charge.

Great view, good food, clean space, poor maintenance, electricity issues
Visit princess villa for the scene beauty, large pool, great cook and pollution free environment. Although be ready to experience poor maintenance, electricity issues and support services.

groupOne of the most pathetic and unfriendly management I have ever witnessed. The last thing this knows is hospitality. They asked us to leave the premises because we had guests kids from another one of our group who visited our bungalow during the day. When we assured them the kids are temporary guests and will be leaving before evening, they actually asked all of us even those who had booked to leave. This was as the kids were packing and leaving. They do not have the patience to deal with your requirements. What this incident shows is the attitude they Harbour towards their customers. Please don't trust them to be the least bit flexible to your needs. Please go at your own risk. They are willing to ask you out of the place just mid-conversation if the so please and run this place with rules stricter than a jail. I'd request the owner of this Villa to part ways with Vista Rooms as their attitude will not get you too far when it comes to goodwill and guest satisfaction.

Dear sir, we have a maximum occupancy of 15 people and 30 people cannot be accommodated, it's a private villa. Still regret to know about the issues faced. Hope you'll give us another opportunity to host you again anytime at our 300+ Vista properties across india :). Regards, Vista Rooms team.
