We have traveled with our grandparents the property is good for senior citizen good lawn for sun bath

Its a waste of money. Its over priced for such a place. Its showed private in mmt and the villa was shared. And the quality of villa is very poor. Sure

We had to leave and move to another as this property was not maintained well. Example, not cleaned toilets, dirty bed linens, multiple issues

When we booked the existing reviews had mixed reactions from previous guests. Since it was a last minute plan we went ahead with the booking. To our surprise the experience was nothing less than amazing. The stay, cleanliness, location, food, service and behaviour of the staff was all excellent. I definitely recommend the place for a beautiful tea plantation stay. The last 300 mtr approach road is inside the plantation, hence not great but doable.

Comfortable and staff was good. Only concern about 3rd bedroom as it has very small bathroom and it dont have wash basin overall experience was good.

We stayed here for a day and booked all the five rooms for 8 people. We paid over 20k for the property without food. We were expecting a good property with great views, good hygiene and a full kitchen setup. There was no mosquito or insect repellent. We wanted to checkin at 12noon to 1pm but the property was not ready even till 2. 30-3pm. Property had 5 rooms, each with a washroom (very small claustrophobic and incorrectly designed, there was a wash basin inside one rooms instead of washroom and no washbasin in one, there were no exhaust in 3 of the washroom, water pressure was really low. Rooms were decent but under furnished. Living room had a 5 seater sofa set for a house with 5 rooms, not sure about the rationale here. Food was average. It looked hygienic but taste was not upto the mark. Caretaker dilip was very responsive and tried to help wherever he can. I paid over 20k for this and expectations were not met.
