Great location away from hustle bustle for a family holiday. Well maintained place, serene atmosphere nestled in nature. Food was good and reasonably priced. Cordial, friendly and well mannered staff who made you feel at home. Overall a great holiday. Recommended for a quick break. Special mention of restaurant staff debashish and manager biswas for their hospitality. Saravanan at reception was a pleasure to interact with.

We had a stay with our family and having a very good experience. About property: surrounded by forest and bank on river, chirping of birds in the morning will awake you. About amenities: average arrangements can have more activity to engage the guest. About food: it was excellent verity of foods are more even the taste was also delicious you will have both north and south indian mix food. About staff: they are so nice you will feel like you came to some relative house. We met debashish he has really take care of us for everything and while returning back to our home he has packed the food and given for our children and for us also so that we should not have any problem in the journey.

The stay was good, i experienced a comfortable stay in wooden house in the middle of coconut farm along side a flowing river. Totally an unforgettable experience/stay.

The stay was amazing. The views were also amazing. The climate in december was also very pleasant. The buffet breakfast was mediocre however the service was very good.

Pros: excellent (and sweet) welcome by the security personal and help in carrying luggage. Nice and warm treatment at reception. Nice ambience throughout. Very good food at the restaurant. Good environment to walk around. Nice space for indoor games (kids. Courteous staff. Nice pool. Cons: climate (visited in october. Car parking (they have good space, but it is a separate compound - seems owned by them - and an open space without any sort of roof. Couldn't find a security guarding the parking space. Food items like chappathi, idli, dosa, etc. Can be kept a little more warm. Only one person to help with the luggage (in our case he did his best. Would be nice to have some sort of trolley in place.

Very recently visited sterling anaikatti with family. Had a wonderful stay. A calm clean and peaceful resort. A cool and well meandered and extremely polite front office staff. Well mannered security staff. I just loved the food spread @ restaurant buffet. The quality of food was also extremely good. The service @ restaurant i must state was absolutely top class. Each person serves you with a smile. The rooms are also good. Not very spacious. But clean and well maintained. It's a big property with lots of trees around. A small pool plus activities like bicycling also available overall a wonderful experience @ sterling anakati i will visit them again

Brilliantly located amid-st the nature, excellent customer orientation at all level. Special mention about debasish for all round support. One suggestion, may be the towels and bed needs replacement. Had a back back pain due too extreme softness of the bed. Rest was super fine

Great place to relax and chill

One of the best resort i have visited till now. The receptionists, especially mr. Shiva, were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the siruvani water flow and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. It is a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of anaikatti. If someone needs to run away from the city and relax with family, i would definitely suggest sterling anaikatti. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. All resort staff were extremely pleasant and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to the restaurant manager mr. Biswal. All respect for him who does a great job here. Kudos for the chef and his team for preparing very tasty dishes even though the pricing is a little high, food was great. Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was surreal. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. We hope to revisit sterling anaikatti sometime in the future, possibly for a longer stay.

We had good time, good hospitality, good food & memorable stay in sterling resorts. The property has good amenities inside, games, play area, polite location with greenery view. Staffs were well behaved & helpful. Food quality was very nice.

Location was absolutely calm, peaceful and lovely for a family outing, with the river flow and the open place. Food was good and so was the service. We had a great stay at sterling anaikatti and this was made sure by the wonderful staff there. At the reception, staff aarti and tasni welcomed us and were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and overall service was good. Special thanks to debashish, sankar jaseena and biswas for helping us with our requirements even during busy hours during the weekend. The resort manager anish guided us with locations to visit and it was very helpful for us to prioritise areas to see in our three days stay. We had a great experience and a relaxing trip! we wanted a relaxing stay and we got just that. We will surely recommend this place to our friends and family. Must visit places near sterling, aanaikatti- narasimukku ( if you are a person who enjoys sunrise and sunset ) hanging bridge ( if you are adventurous) nilgiri biosphere park ( if you love to enjoy a calm and quiet walk through the beautiful trees along the way).
