Stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was far from satisfactory. The room had a persistent smell of dampness, and there were a lot of ants everywhere, making it very uncomfortable. Ventilation was poor in the room and the bathroom, which made the space feel stuffy and unhygienic.
The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained; there were no clean towels available either. On top of that, our room access card stopped working, and despite informing the receptionist multiple times over the phone, no one came to help. We had to walk all the way to the reception ourselves to get it resolved.
The bathroom only had lukewarm water—there was no hot water available at all, which added to the inconvenience.
The only good part of our stay was the food. The dining staff — Rinabala, Parabdeep, and Ganesh — were excellent. They were attentive, polite, and helped a lot with taking and serving our orders efficiently.
Overall, the service and maintenance were poor, and the hotel did not meet even basic expectations. Definitely not worth the money.
