Very close to apollo n sankara netralaya. Kitchen is available where u can cook your food by own. Separate flat with feel like your owns. No disturbances n no noises.

I booked for my husband, as the room was occupied by someone else and they didnt vacate i was asked to take another hotel ac room by paying extra 500 rs said by the owner of the property. Rooms were not clean while entering. No ventilation, no drinking water, no heater and it was more like a dungeon. Most worst is that the water we use is mixed with rainwater and the storage tank lid is always open where people use the water directly from storage tank and we will also use the same.

Sterling homes real view. Bathroom upon drainage. Always drainage smell inside room. I booked two rooms. But he provided only one rooms.

I was travel-ling with my mom to apollo hospital for an health issue, booked room as the train was @ 11 55pm the property owner changed the room in the last minute and made us to stay in a tiny room near the sewage, no lights out side and said to us that u will get this sort of rooms for what u have paid - the room shown is different and given was a different one - unable to change d room as he demanded more money and my mom was already sick so we had adjusted - no tv - no service person

Don't go by the description what you see, the owner of the property is very rude and lack behavior etiquette. I went for getting a operation done of my 8 year Child first of all he denied giving Kitchen though it is mentioned in the details and was asking 500 Rs extra to give the kitchen. However make my trip sorted it out. Now coming to the Flat which was alloted on first day was damp, smelling and stinking. The paints were coming out of the walls. If you want to destroy your hard earned money then only go for it. I would never recommend anyone in my contacts to Opt for this property
