Excellent Stay
From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Whether it was the front desk Mr. Anubhav Sahu, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed. The housekeeping team deserves special praise for their attention to cleanliness and daily upkeep. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel right at home. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hospitality, comfort, and service were truly five-star. We will absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality stay.

Average Stay
food is not good, they don't have enough food , if food less quantity, then they try to increase the quantity by adding raw stuff to it but decrease the taste of the food. Room is good. Room service is ok Pool is good, location is good

Nice comfortable Stay
We had a nice comfortable stay at sterling Jaisingh Garh. The Heritage Suite is very beautiful overlooking the garden and the pool. The staff was very courteous too.

Room not cleaned
Water bottles were not changed. every time had to be reminded for changing water bottles.rooms cleaning was not done . had to remind consistently for cleaning of rooms.

Great location, good ser
The location is excellent, the food is very nice, and the staff is very helpful in whatever you need. Amenities are just sufficient. The hotel is designed very nicely, and very less disturbance from any other guest. Gives the feel of ancient property. However, the hotel can work on their housekeeping alertness. E.g one cup for a room of two, very few tea/coffee types available in the room, etc.

Good Stay
Traditional looks adds good vibe for tourists. Hotel is in excellent location Closer to both lake pichola and Fateh sagar lake. Food and services by the staff were very good. Light music during dinner time was refreshing

No way a 5 star propert
familyProperty location is ok. Good part is it is easily accessible. No lake view. Restaurant is on roof top. Y he food was nothing exceptional. Service was good & staff attentive. Royal suite is huge but lacks amenities. Pool was small. Garden was well maintained. The was a private residence in between 2 wings of the hotel and one has to access these 2 wings video the driveway as they are not interconnected.

Good Stay
While property doesn't have great location, the ambience within the resort is good. Food was average. Hospitality was best especially the incharge parvez who was very helpful
