Excellent Stay at Sterling Kufri – Highly Recommended! We stayed at Sterling Kufri for 4 days and 3 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. The property is clean, hygienic, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and scenic beauty. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. A special mention to Mr. Rakesh Kumar at the reception for his prompt assistance and understanding — he ensured we got a room upgrade as our earlier room was on a floor without lift access and my husband had an injury. We truly appreciate his thoughtfulness. Ms. Shruti at the help desk was always ready to help with a smile, making our stay smooth and pleasant. At the restaurant, Mr. Rajeev Thakur, Naresh, and Yashpal made every meal enjoyable with their warm hospitality and excellent service. The food was delicious and well-prepared, offering a good variety every day. Overall, the staff’s warmth and professionalism, combined with the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of service, made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend Sterling Kufri to anyone visiting Kufri — it’s a place where you’ll feel truly cared for.

please don't book Sterling Kufr
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a waste of money and a serious health risk. Spend your money elsewhere—this place is a nightmare. I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities here. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere and a cockroach crawling near the bed—completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Courteous staff, good food but balcony rooms and activities are illusion
Our overall experience is good. Only disappointment was room and amenities. Pros: Very courteous staff and prompt service especially restaurant staff. Food quality is good. Cons: I booked a balcony view room but images differ on the under resorts and under booking details. Also balcony are more of a standing balcony and are not private as there is no barricading between balconies of two rooms. Activities: Most of the activities are paid whether it's ps5 or snooker or swimming pool/jacuzzi.

transparent bathroom glass
Although room was clean but there was a issue in bathroom . Bed room glass separating bathroom was.transparent, there was a.curtain in bathroom but then also any guest in room can see through we complained about the issue then they fix a Bed sheet on Bed side. fridge was not available due to gas leakage.

Good hotel
Propery location is good, rooms are good with all required amenities, staff well cooperative. Breakfast is just ok with average setup. I had taken plan inclusive of one major meal (lunch/dinner) and opted for lunch. It was terrible experience, just no option with a few fixed menu items because they do no serve buffet lunch. Will suggest that no one should opt for lunch.

Poor Stay
location was good. Food was way too costly and there were no amenities available with the stay, you have to pay for everything.

Staff is supportive. Food in restaurant is very very, unfortunately it comes with cost.Beds and mattresses are pretty old.

Average Stay
The rooms were pretty small and there was no feel of a 4 star property. Location was good and staff was humble and polite. Especially Ms. Urvashi treated us really well.

Excellent Stay
I had a really good stay. The property is well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking space. Very prompt service. Food is on the expensive side and above average.
