It’s really wonderful to stay there. I enjoyed thoroughly. Rooms are very clean and neat. Staff’s are very friendly and reachable. Service was really good.

The hotel location is mesmerising. Visited in mid nova and it was all foggy. Heaven. Staying just inside the resort would also feel like money well spent, it is that beautiful

Overall great stay! we got a room with amazing mountain and scenic view! staff was very helpful and polite! the property is maintained very well with beautiful parks, indoor and outdoor play area for kids! food was very good! chef provided home like khichdi and milk for our baby!

Really nice hotel with amazing views from every corner plus the room was great and cozy, just like you’d want it to be in a cold place like Ooty. Food tastes good but items are less in the buffet, would be great if they can throw in some few more items. Also they should find a solution to the septic tank stench on the outside.
