Booked a villa with a sit out. Clean and spacious rooms. Location is near major gates. Food is also tasty. Especially the chicken masala. Ordered room service which was prompt.

it was a great property in pench. lots of options just not stay. good interiors and clean cottage. The staff was great and polite especially tushar he called us and ensured we reached our home safely. some issues but they should not be a deal breakers. wifi was off for my cottage. though they provided us alternative but since we were controlling Internet usage ourself it didn't bother us. but it must be better to have better wifi. The toilet smelled bad like drainage after we turned water in it for the 1st time. i hope this can be easily fixed by the property managers. But dont take these issues as a deal breakers go for it. its just I wanna them to know about this and they could fix it for you.

overall experience was very good, I found this on Instagram. they welcome us very kindly and even allow us to early check in. Food was excellent, they offered different varieties in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall maintenance, cleanliness of surrounding was very good.

Poor Stay

Firstly, I was not given room booked from MMT and staff downgraded me to other room citing problem in Geyser. Surprisingly, same room was found decorated for another member. Staff had no answer to this. Secondly, On asking for food in the afternoon, staff again regretted . No TV Working. Swimming pool not cleaned. Lenin used in the room was stinking.overall Bad experience
