I greatly enjoy my stays at the strand. The old furniture in the rooms is quite elegant and the location is great. The breakfast is also quite tasty

We stayed for one night. Very comfortable bed and super clean bathroom with toiletries. Well air conditioned. Best part was the complimentary delicious hot breakfast.

Stay was pleasant as the property is sea facing and rising sun can be experienced through the balcony. Staff was cooperative and breakfast was also excellent. Really enjoyed the stay

The location is superb and walk around the sea facing hotel is excellent due to rising sun view. In evenings the vibrant causeway street market is towards the back side road at about 400 meters

It was nice experience at Hotel Strand!!!! Everything was excellent! Dr Prashant B Daigavane, Professor n Dean infrastructure, Govt College of engineering Nagpur 💐. Photo in front of strand 😊. It is the view from dinning table of hotel strand 😊 If it's from inside 😊 Now we are standing outside 😊

Strand hotel is situated near gateway of india just beside mumbai presidency radio club. With awesome sea view, this hotel offers vintage rooms (a little overpriced) and really courteous staff and good food. The famous bay view cafe is at the 4th floor of the building. The rooms are very spacious with all amenities. The bathrooms may require a little more maintenance. Overall experience was really good.

I was looking for an accommodation near gateway of india and i came across this hotel. I stayed here for a day with my family and the stay was comfortable. I stayed in an ultra luxury sea facing room and the name was justified. It was a huge room that easily accommodated three adults and one child. The best part of the room was a small balcony which gave us a great view of the sea. This property is about 8-10 min "along the sea" walk from gateway of india. I read poor reviews about services but i really didn't bother them with anything in my tiny stay, so can't comment on that. Overall a very good stay near gateway of india and taj.

It was nice staying near gateway of india on colaba sea beach at an affordable rate in strand hotel. Hotel staff were humble and caring. Restaurant food was delicious and heigenic. Sea site through window was breath taking. Night view from the hotel was also awesome.

The rooms are hygienic and services are appreciable. Package comes with a very good complementary breakfast. The cafe on fourth floor is an icebreaker for guest who come tired after a long journey and wanting good food and beverages without travel-ling further. Overall, a good place to stay.

Stay in hotel strand was marvellous. We are senior citizens of 70 plus. Front desk staff mr. Manglani, was very helpful.
