Property is good, but as home stay you need to give some basic amenities. 1. Water bottle no one is going to use your purifier when it is not working & it water test is as normal tap water 2. Before giving to rent pols clean washroom with phynyl & harpic cleaning is least required thing. 3. You can provide at least one time of tea during stay 4. For tea you can provide water heater cattle, no one is going to heat in your utensils, though the provided one is clean.
