Room good but out side building structure need to improve and need to maintain cleanness in out side and room door are not good need to update this and remaining good

overall experience and rating for this property is very Poor. No amenities available as mentioned. Towel is missing, toiletries are missing, Hair dryer, slippers, kettle to make tea coffee is missing, geyser is missing. Main issue is property is not easily available to access , zomato dilevery person is not able to find who is local guy. Their reception person is not taking any thing serious. Pillow cover is too dirty after asking to change and about other amenities unavailability the caretaker said that it is mentioned only on app but in actual it is not available if you want then ask with owner overall experience and rating for this property is very Poor. The staying experience was really good. Friendly staffs and property owner also reachable. And the property also in walkable distance to Baga Beach.

Firstly the hotel was not as it was shown in the pictures. The experience was horrible... it is somewhere in a residential society. The services are much more worsen. They won’t even provide you with the water. There’s no one to clean the room, to get the basic needs like soap ,shampoo and even a blanket. Don’t even thing of taking any edible items there there were a lot of ants inside the room. We had a few dry fruits in our bag and the whole room was filled with the aunts. When we complained about it.They haven’t even care to see what is happening.No one received the call for any assistance. Worst experience ever...

cooperative staff, nice and clean rooms, hot water available 24x7, was at good location.. everything was nearby.. even we booked cars and scooties other days which was provided by the hotel itself, pool was clean and good... will recomend this same place to my fellows also who ever will plan any visit to goa also

Hotel room cleanliness was really great but there were mosquitoes in the room and mosquitoes killer was not working either. There were no material provides to make tea although cups and kettle were there. Way to the room from the main entrance was too long (like 300-400 mtrs) and with no luggage assistance it was very tiring. Also, paid food service should be provided.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for relaxation. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were excellent, making it a great value for the price. Overall, i was very satisfied with the quality of the room and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to stay.

I Found The property in MakeMyTrip App actually I was finding for budget & Luxurious stay near baga & Calangute then this resort was found but on that time I confused to book Room in this resort cuz of some other negative reviews but more over I booked this Room cuz it's budget friendly & near of the Baga beach also. so when we reached to the resort and then we looking out the buildings from outside is horrible like too old buildings but we allready thinked about that ki we aren't going purchase this buildings 😅 that's why we going ahed to room when the guy getting us on third floor of the property then we think OMG 😱 Moreover we Considered this also and then they guy open'ed the room door it's Damm Perfect & I m shocked about to see the room in the room they provide us king size bed towels free wifi balcony with pool view kettle smart tv & Sofa cum bed it's perfect for us . & then we guy's thinked about to extend the stay in hotel but it's not happened from my side .....

i haven't experienced in my life ever. that too what i experienced in this room today cuz of they provide me best amenities like car parking ,air conditioning , free wifi , electric kettle , mini refrigerator , sofa cum bed & neat / clean room with the view of pool & prime location just a 5/6 minutes of walk far away from the baga beach. most important thing i have got this all in most affordable price i think it's my luck cuz what i paid & what i got -i got best.
