I booked ac room but there was only fan available and charged for ac room

The room was small with a double bed. no water, no table. Dirty washroom with water clogging. food was not fresh with high prices. no slippers for the washroom. like a basic dharamshala.

Fantastic stay at the hotel Especially would like to mention Karan who is managing the hotel everything is perfect location peaceful and easy to accessible

Every thing was awesome nice but wifi was off during our stay also network was so slow in hotel that if we need to do some work we would get out of hotel

Unhygienic rooms with unclean bedsheets. Staff was polite, though. There is no water in one washroom. Air conditioner of the other room was not working

Rooms and washroom were cleans. Food was good. Cattle for hot water should be there in each room as we have to ask every-time for hot drinking water which is chargeable and time consuming. Pillow should be more soft and comfortable. Overall it was good stay there.

Hotel is in good locality, you can reach to tourist places in very short time. Cleanliness and hygien is maintained. Staff is supportive

The hotel's location and interior were confusing to navigate. Unfortunately, our experience with the tea was disappointing, and the prices for a glass bottle of cold drink which is usually ₹12 was charged at ₹30. Toiletries were not initially provided, and when we requested them, an unexpected charge was incurred. Welcome snacks and mineral water bottle wasn't provided; instead, only a jug of water, which didn't taste pleasant, was available. Additionally, the broken toilet seat was not repaired despite reporting the issue. Hot water was only accessible through the tap, not the shower. On a positive note, cleanliness was satisfactory, particularly in the bed sheets and throughout the room.
