First and foremost very near, walkable distance to sea. Staff very nice and courteous. Food really good and reasonable price.

In the party capital, the hotel really disappointed me in their liquor shop. Most of the drinks were not available there. Thus I will say the restaurant was not up to the mark. The staff was really good and the location also was convenient. The stay was superb.

Food and service was good but lot of improvement is needed for room facilities, cleanliness etc. Sweeping pool is chargeable but the water in the pool was not clean. Tv in room was out of service, towels provided were not clean. However food was good, hence the average rating

They asked extra 100 rupees per person for swimming pool. It was already included in booking policy very few options for food. And if you bring outside food they will allow only after taking 20% bribe of your outside restaurant bill. Shameful not recommended this hotel. They don't allow to park vehicle. Ask 200 rupees for parking. Only looting money policy of hotel

Service related issues we are tired and by mistek booked shared washroom but when i came and saw the bathroom and room are chipped. I have no option of refundable so i hope please given coustomer refundable mode.

1)check in was delayed, had to wait for almost 1 hour. Room was booked around 3 pm, check out time dislayed at hotel is 11. 30am so they had ample time to keep the room ready but they failed to do so. 2) rooms are old fashioned. Ac, bed, geyser, tv all are very old. Tv was not working as recharge was due, hot water was not available as geysar was old and malfunctioning. After telling the staff the staff was okay and said we will give u a bucket of hot water from another room but denied to change our room on even the second day of stay. 3) rooms has a bad adour, stings very much. 4) indoor pool is very dirty and chargeable at 100/per person. 5) check out is also slow, wait time is 15mins approx 6) location is good but all else is worst, pricing is at worst very higly priced as per the offerings. Very bad experience i am very disappointed, will never stay in the same hotel

Smelly mattress, common washroom are very much dirty, on website they've mentioned swimming pool as free amenities but actually they charge for it if you want to use it.

Room which they provided us not good in terms of privacy. They provided two bathrooms for eight rooms. In bathroom water is not coming no shower and no geyser. Tapes also not properly working. Wi-fi is not getting signal and not working properly. Food is too worste and high price. No blub is not provided at outside for night

This place is too worst, the shower never work, they never clean a room and never change bedsheets, pillow cover, blanket, swimming pool is full of dirt, the water is also not purified, servent never listen to order, lots of bugs are running everywhere even on bed, they deny to use a place out side the room after 10 o'clock in a resort, if you pay in advance then they are not going to listen your command, they don't have water in a tank even, each and every toilet and washroom are fully dirty and too much stinking, they never clean them bathroom and washroom, washroom are full of sand no one can like to see then how can take a shower, behavior is also rude and to bad of staff

This place is horrible, the staff behaviour is terrific, and mostly they didn't put details of the non ac and sharing bathroom rooms, after i booked they told me to pay 1600 more for bathroom and ac, this place is total scam. Do not ever try to book this place.

Cons: while booking, it does not say that bathroom is common and shared with other guests of hotel. After booking, you get a confirmation voucher where it is mentioned about shared bathroom. And now if you wish to cancel this booking, it is 100% non refundable. Staff and owner are aware of this. Yet no action taken by owner to mention this. Spacious resort but so small rooms that you cannot put one extra mattress to sleep. And my booking had two extra beds, for which they had charged. Imagine how would have we slept in so small room. Pros: staff behaviour was good and supportive. Nice, clean and operational swimming pool buffet breakfast was good but dint offer coffee. Close to colva beach.
