Review Of Sukoon Resort

My stay at the property was quite disappointing. The room had an unpleasant odor, there was no hot water available, and no kettle was provided despite being listed among the amenities. Overall, the facilities did not meet expectations, and the experience was below standard.

That property is was so bad like door is broken smell was so bad fan button was not working washrooms was not clean Overall experience was so bad

I complained about the non functioning of ac but no one stepped to respond. I tried to contact MMT but it was also not fruitful. overall a terrible experience

No coordination.. i had call before check in n confirm everything after reaching their so irresponsible breakfast was late..

staff good, food good, property is good. on highway.. Local transport required otherwise costly to visit city

The resort provided clean room and good food at the restaurant. This place is fine for picnics and group celebrating occasion

I liked the resort, it is the best in terms of price points and I would say that the food is very good and the parking is good and the garden area is also well maintained.

We booked 2 rooms there and checked in by 8 pm as we traveled by road. But the rooms are horrible and stinking. In bathroom floors are dirty and cisterns are not working properly, staff was rude and irresponsible so we decided to shift in other hotel royal orbit by paying higher price

Sukoon resort is poorly managed hotel, dirty rooms, bathroom, broken geyser. Lot of drinkers were loudly doing party and disturbing other people, no management. I would rate it as my worst stay in any hotel so far. Room tariff was flat 1200 and offline customer paid even 1000 and makemytrip charged me 1900 for the same pathetic room.

worst experiance with sukoon resort ..rooms they provide is very dirty and old toilets is not cleaned properly rooms are too smelly . amenitiea like swimming pool is dry ... garden and kids play area is in worst condition ... staircase is all difty with potty of any dog ... and not at all cleand up.

No remote for tv. Washroom not properly cleaned. Torn bedsheet.

The hotel is not worth of money paid. Very poor complementary breakfast with poha and cup of tea only in the menu. To hot water to bath. No washroom kit not to speak of dental and shaving kit. No housekeeping service. No tea or coffe maker. Even complementary packaged drinking water is not provided.

No proper staff rooms were not clean. No proper food.
