This place is very close to calangute beach just a 100 feet walk. Everythig is nearby lots of restaurants n shopping surrounded best place n budget friendly rather than on beach shack restaurants. Sulcan hotel rooms are bhk flats with fridge kitchen hall n bed room good place to stay rooms are clean n spacious for family. No doubt at this price around 1500rs good budget place. I suggest u can go on with this hotel.

Deana’s flat is very near to calangute beach and even very accessible to all the north goa beaches. Coming to flat, it is awesome and very neat and clean. It is so nice for couple stay, and coming deana, she is very responsive for any help. I love deana’s place. We will happy to stay in your property in my future travel plans. Thank you so much deana.

Very big room, spacious, location good, middle of the market and very near the calangute sea beach. Bike rental shop, groceries shot and restaurants are all nearby

The location is very good, the caretaker is very prompt, it is very budget place at a prime location and the host is very welcoming and warm, have visited before and visited again, looking forward to visiting again.

This is second time staying here. This time with family. Recommend place to stay. 3 ticks - safe, budget friendly and nice hospitality. You get only bike parking, so arrange some nearby pay parking for cars. The owner dean e was very nice and welcoming. The staff were friendly and keep things tidy and clean.

We have stayed at sulcar holiday home with my family for 3 nights in ac deluxe room (f2. The property is a walkable distance from the calangute beach. It takes only 3 to 4 minutes to reach the beach. The owner madam "deana" always keep in touch with me over telephone. The room is well furnished. The behavior and service of the staffs mainly jeet and dhani are also good. If i have an opportunity to come in goa again i like to stay in this property and also will recommend my friends, relatives and colleagues to stay in this property if they wish to come in goa.

Overall, i had a great experience with the sulcar homes; staff was incredibly helpful, specially dhani & jeet both are very good boys. I want to meet the owner to tell them thanks but i can't because i want to go early. And the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for the family. Very near to the beach. The only problem is the car parking. Other than overall experience is good.

Excellent apartment to stay! with it's ample space, prime tourist location, such supportive and courteous staff apartment offers lot more than you can ask for a nice and comfortable stay. My last at goa was at baga at a four star property. But this is even better.

Its a good family friendly appartment verymuch near to calangute beach, and it was a nice experience to stay here. The hospitality and management is good and value for money. We spend 4 nights in this appartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The place was very clean n the rooms were very spacious, it has a living room, bedroom and washroom with all the amenities like wifi, tv, sofa set, dining table, ac. I felt like i was at home. The owner deana was very helpful to us and very informative. The staff was surer friendly and helpful. The rooms and toilet were very clean. Overall had a amazing time, location is very close to the beach

We took 3 rooms for 2days, a group of 11 members, each rooms had 1 hall, kitchen, bedroom and restroomPros:1) stay was very clean and had working TV along with internet and cable connection2) was 5mins walkable distance to Calangutte beach3) Had working AC and fridge in all the rooms 4) Had no disturbance from care taker as well, they were polite and helpful in terms of shifting our luggages5) had power back working for Fan and lights. Cons:1) separate parking space for 4 wheeler was not available, however, caretaker had helped us finding an paid parking and was very supportive. 2) Due to safety reasons, Gas stove is not allowed inside the stay, instead we can carry an induction/Electric stove for cooking purpose, else this can be arranged by Host (as host needs to rent that, a minimum charges may apply on this). The host personally reached us via call to check on how the stay was and guided us in terms of places to visit. In fact had a very supportive host✨. Over all had an excellent stay, with very supportive Host and care taker, very worth for the money we spent and really had a great time here Thanks a lot to Sulcar and team❤Will definitely visit the stay again and will recommend to visit ur stay.

Well maintained rooms, good hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at sulcar holiday homes, the appartment were very clean and maintained well. The staff and the host deana was very supportive and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Very close to calangute beach. We would definitely want to come again and recommend our friends and family to sulcar holiday homes. Thanks deana for making our stay comfortable.

Best hotel to stay near calangute beach

First of all the location was my favorite and excellent it is very close to calangute beach almost next to beach just 100 meters from the beach where we can get everything we need for the trip. This is my second trip to goa last time also i stayed in this hotel for 4 days the price was very reasonable we will get all the facilities like fridge, tv, 24 hours hot water, everyday cleaning and we will also have a dining table and 4 comfortable chairs. This time i stayed in this hotel for seven days without taking leave and without any disturbances while working from goa. There is also power backup and uninterrupted free wifi. The owner of the hotel is very supportive and helpful. Maintenance is very good they keep the premises very clear and hygiene the staff was very helpful. I feel like home at this hotel we couldn’t get any other hotel better than this in baga and calunguta.
