its value for money. +ves - spacious room - restaurant - location - staffs r helpful - parking (mid suvs and less) basement -ve - didnt get hot water - morning sleep ruined, got woken at 8am asking what is reqd for a set breakfast (tea+3appam+egg curry (1egg)) - Dinner was included in pkg - a Set one - Got half biriyani but had to wait 8pm - 10.30pm. it was a busy night at restaurant. so better stay at restaurant until u get ur order. No buffet system whatsoever.

I was happy with my stay in sulthan hotel. Very near to hotel, qvc and metro. Friendly staffs. Neat and clean room. Restaurant food is also delicious.
