Review Of SUMARU JUNGLE RESORT

Location is near to Jaldapara Jungle Safari. Peaceful stay at this resort. Food is superb and very prompt service. I recommend this resort

Excellent food, good location, helpful staff, room service

Rooms were not clean properly, even the bed sheet and cuisions were full of small small Hair. Rest is ok, but I must say, the staffs and the manager, Mr. Avik Banerjee was truly very helpful and very well behaved. I can consider to stay again but they should look after the cleanliness part.

quite remote location, hard to find the last 500 mts is horrible especially in the moon light. the property is good, staff & rooms are also good, food is average with limited options - nothing to do in the property or outside property

Thae stay was much more comfortable than thoughts, staffs are awoseme and the food was really tasty , over all its a damn good experience ❤️

No hospitability intercom system not working non foamed mattress, soiled bedding & towel, no toilet paper poor lighting minimum breakfast poor road connectivity no money worth my first terrible stay. Should be refunded back. You are talking about next 7% discount but what about of my current bad experience caused fatique and stressd stay what compensation for man-tally stress. Sir pl. Reply. The stay was short but very pleasant. The resort is very carefully and nicely decorated. Staffs are very good and polite. I recommend this resort very highly.

Only one suggestion hotel name to be displayed at entry of the lane for easy to reach.

Avik babu the manager of the hotel along all his staff provided an excellent hospitality! my 5 year old daughter was very upset, when we were leaving the hotel. At the time of our 4 day tenure from 30th may to 3rd june, my daughter spend a very little time with us instead she was always playing and roaming in the entire resort with the staffs, even in the locality of neighboring homes accompanied by the resort staff. Last but not the least the manager avik babu ( i like to particularly mention) is an excellent person in terms of professionalism and as an human being. Also i have talked to the proprietor of resort mr. Arnab dasgupta, a pure gentleman who had guided me in terms of my safari and other bookings, even undertaken personal initiative to provide us a great beautiful room ( as the cottage we had primarily booked, is basically for the couples and our family consists of 3 adults, hence we need a bigger room for that, from where we luckily got a full view of the group of elephant passing through the elephant corridor behind the resort. It was really a thrilling and romantic experience to watch the same, on a moonlit night. Rooms are excellent with a beautiful view of the jungles nearby and food i must say is mouth watering ( particularly bengali cuisine )

Great rooms with proper facilities. Food was superb albeit overpriced. Staff provided excellent service but sometimes it felt like they were overstepping into our privacy.

I have stayed in this resort for three days and nights. The service was good. I feel a homely atmosphere there.

Wonderful resort and nice ambience. Great hospitality, especially by mr avik banerjee, manager. Dinner was awesome and dal fry was mind blowing. Breakfast poori bhaji and bread toast. Tea. All were stupendous. Special thanks for kushal, the great, good, hotel boy who was very attentive and humble
