Excellent staff and services. Being a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city helps you relax. Staff is very courteous and goes out of the way to make the stay comfortable. Food is good.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at sumeru resort. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views. The amenities were top-notch, especially the delicious breakfast and dinner. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet tucked away enough for a peaceful night's sleep. It made my trip truly memorable. Will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Location was right on the highway.. courteous staff.. good food.. great view.. smooth check in check out.. Away from the hustle & bustle of the city
