Sumitel Queens Yards DJG location very good .1 minute walk to DHR railway station & 2 minutes walk to Mall Road . Hotel staff is very courteous & helpful . Room sizes Okay .Food quality as well variety at Breakfast is excellent.. Our 2 days stay in Sumitel Queens Yards has been memorable ...😃😃

It was a wonderful stay at darjeeling in hotel sumitel queens yard. The hotel is present in the prime location just 2 minutes away from rink mall and 10 minutes from kevenders. The staffs of the hotel are quite helpful in providing us with all required facilities. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was awesome. The kitchen staffs were also helped to make our day beautiful helping us to serve tasty breakfast everyday morning. The roof top sitting area is also beautifully decorated. We clicked some beautiful pics and videos from the terrace. The hotel rooftop view is awesomely inst a capable. I would like to stay in the same hotel whenever i am back in darjeeling again.

Good clean rooms, the staff was very courteous and helpfull, every-time we needed a service the staff was quick and polite. The breakfast buffet was great. Overall a great stay.

The room was neat and clean as i have booked premium triple room and the ambience was excellent and the food was absolutely great. Upesh at the restaurant was very courteous and caring towards his guests. Only thing which i found negative was during checkin few guests were honored with a white ribbons not to all guest’s, couldn’t find the reason why there was a discrimination. The property has a terrace garden with a beautiful scenic view. Overall a good stay and the location of the property is good as it’s just a 5-8 mins walking distance to mall.

All good things must come to an end. Our stay at the sumi queens yard rink hotel was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located near the chaurasta(mall road) and all the popular places are easily accessible. The ambience of the hotel was nice. We had booked a premium family room which was nice and comfortable. Not only the room but the entire hotel was very clean and, free from any stain or odour. Cafe gardenia, the terrace garden was a very beautiful place to spend some quality evening time or see a beautiful sunrise. Now coming to the hospitality, i will give a full 10 on 10. Each and every staff member of the hotel was courteous, polite, well mannered and well qualified in their jobs. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff members of the hotel for their untiring efforts, they were always on their toes to help their guests with a big smile. Especially neha ma’am at the front desk who made all the arrangements for our travel and sightseeing in a jiffy, mr. Upesh, mr. Nawang tashi, mr. Diwakar, mr. Rahul, and last but not the least ms. Liza taming ma’am, the manager, who personally supervised that we had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Blue charcoal, the restaurant of the hotel served us nice and tasty food. The variety of the breakfast menu was a great delight. I definitely recommend sumiqueen for a wonderful stay at the queen of hills-darjeeling

Very nice hotel. Hotel room was so clean and fresh. Not bad smell. Toilet is very much fresh. Hotel staff are so helpful. All staff are very good. Very friendly behaviour. The hotel food are excellent too ymmy. All over experience so so much excellent 👍 im so much happy from Sumi Queen Yard Rink Mall Derjeeling.

One of the best stays. Located near the rink mall the local food joints like keventers glenarys and kunga are at walking distance. Rooms are superb clean. Room 301 greeted us with an awesome kanchendzonga view from the window. The staffs are really very polite professional and nice. The in house restaurant is awesome as well. All our requests were taken care by them. Recommended 100%
