Sumitel Queens Yards property is located in a prime location, just a minute's walk from the DHR railway station and two minutes from Mall Road. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the food quality and variety at breakfast are excellent. The property offers a beautiful view of Kanchenjunga from the rooftop terrace. However, some guests faced issues with the room maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene. The property is not easily accessible by car, and the breakfast buffet needs improvement. Overall, it's a good property for a comfortable stay in Darjeeling.
