Excellent staff, my parents forgot their belongings in the room. The hotel staff called and have the kept the stuff at the reception and asked to collect when possible. Excellent and responsible staff. Kudos to the team .

Just an awesum food and the nature of staff is very good. They treat us like a family members. There is also a 1 plus point for jain people and that is there are jain temple in the resort. Swimming pool game zone home theatre all are supab. Rooms are too spacious and also nice.

Excellent service and good value for money. Location of hotel is also good. It is far from Mahabaleshwar market. Food quality is good but rates are high. Quiet expensive. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Need to improve on maintenance

Rooms are quite good with all facilities. Hotel has got all amenities. Maintenance of lawns and garden need improvement. Housekeeping also needs some improvement. Food available is good. Location is in Panchgani which is around 20 kms from Mahabaleshwar. Since most of the interesting spots are in Mahabaleshwar, this distance may be a difficulty at times especially when we are travelling during night. Restaurant is well furnished and we can enjoy food from the open restaurant as well. It would be quite good if all paid channels are also made available. All in all the stay was good. But could be made memorable with adequate care given to the points already mentioned. Swimming pool though looks good needs better upkeep as in the case of gymnasium. Table tennis bats are worn out. Jain temple inside the compound is well laid. It is also witnessed that power cuts are frequent. Though alternate power is supplied, ideally it should be seamless. Blankets provided in the room was little bit torn. Since it was specifically mentioned that there are only two guests, the extra bed in the room could have been removed which would give better space and look for the room. Corridors were not kept clean with cleaning materials and cloths kept very visibly.

Location was good very nearby from Panchgani market. Rooms were very spacious and well maintain with all the facilities like mini fridge, Oven, Induction cook ware etc ... Has small Bath tub in every room. Good children playing area and DJ. Food quality was good, but seems specialized for jain food. Special for jain people as having small jain temple inside. Over all experience is good and

Need improvement in service. No regular room service done after a night. Very little channel available on TV. No internet availlable. Food is good. Location is good. Room is avarage. Swimming pool was closed because of govet order but still doing advt.

Room was too compact with very low ceiling. No place to move around . But still it had all the facilities flat screen TV, AC, Mini Refrigerator etc. Only 1 plug point in room so you cannot charge 2 mobile,laptop or prepare tea/coffee simultaneously. Overall hotel experience was good. But I feel pricing is on higher side for such a compact room.
