The hospitality was unmatched. The food variety was exceptional, and the taste was extremely delicious. All of the staff members were genial and humble, and cooperative. On the other hand, the resort was marvellous. I personally believe that summit grand resort and spa is the best resort in gangtok. I suggest everyone travel-ling here, to definitely book a stay at this resort, due to its exceptional services.

Rooms are clean with all standard amenities. Staff are polite and very friendly. Had a great stay. Breakfast was superb.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. I wish i had a longer stay there. Staff is very courteous (specific mention- nisha) food is great too. Overall our stay was wonderful.

No geysers have been working for the past three days. They carry out repairs, which get them working temporarily, but the issue keeps recurring. Unfortunately, in a cold place, repeated follow-ups and time wasted waiting for a proper hot water solution disrupt the whole experience, dampening the mood for sightseeing and affecting the overall vacation. Had already shared a pic yesterday. Jacuzzi not working as well
