A very warm welcome by Hotel staff & very beautifully decorated room by Som Maya & Malati made first impression quite Effective. Big size room with private balcony & in the backdrop snow filled Kanchan Junga Peak made our stay worthy at very reasonable price .Food at restaurant is excellent with lots of variety & attending staff hospitality touched us ..Would recommend all this property for mesmerising view of K2 & worth remembering Stay in Pelling...👏👏😊😊

It was wonderful staying experience at summit new a at pelling. The location was apt to easy access to all the view points. The food was awesom in taste and variety. Room services was also excellent. Guided for sight seeing.

The staff at the summit newa was the most proactive of all the three hotels. The room was well equipped with heater facility as was necessary during the stay. The food was delicious too. Most of all, the staff was very hospitable, smiling and attentive.

Comfortable stay in lovely position recommended for staying. Only cons is pelling is bit remote and no activities after sunset and no market place

Great food and amazing service. The receptionist priya was very helpful and made sure we had no problems during our stay. The view of kanchenjunga is to die for, all for a reasonable price. Highly suggest, very spacious rooms and private balconies.

Comfortable stay

We booked this hotel for 2 days stay in pelling. Except check-in experience everything else was overwhelming. Ms. Priya from guest relations department took good care of us and captain adesh also helped us arranging food of our choice. A big thank you to the entire staff for being so helpful and accommodating through out our stay and making memorable moments.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. I can't say enough about staffs, each one of them were so courteous specially bishishta, adesh, also i'd highly recommend the balcony room in hotel, if you are lucky, you get magnificent view of kunchenjugha. The food was great and breakfast spread had wide selection.

Hotel location is great. View of Kanchanjungha from hotel terrace is awesome on a clear day. We were fortunate to get one such clear day. Hotel staff are very cooperative and friendly.

Worth the money, good location

The hotel location is perfect. You have various cafe options nearby, the i love pelling mark is walkable and can witness kanchenjunga in morning from terrace. We were given free upgrade to triple sharing room due to rejovation activities i guess, hotel rooms are clean and have good buffet for breakfast, we did not book dinner as wanted to try other places nearby of which crasula restaurant which is walkable is best
