TRAVEL WOES BECAUSE OF MMT BUNGLIN
my stay at Summit Rewa Regency was terrible as there is no hotel called such. APPARENTLY MY BOOKING HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED TO SUMMIT TASHICHANG HERITAGE RESORT ABOUT TWENTY KILOMETRES AWAY. SUMMIT CENTRAL BOOKING HAD SENT A MAIL TO MMT WELL IN ADVANCE BUT NO ONE TOLD ME . CONSEQUENTLY I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EXTRA FOR HIRING ANOTHER TAXI TO TAKE ME TO MY HOTEL. NOT TO MENTION THE HARASSMENT IN THE RAIN. SUMMIT REWA REGENCY IS NO LONGER A PART OF THE SUMMIT CHAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THIS HARASSMENT.PLEASE ENSURE APPROPRIATE ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST THOSE RESPONSIBLE. SUMMIT TASHI GHANG HERITAGE RESORT, PELLING IS THE HOTEL I WAS REBOOKED INTO. SUMMIT REWA REGENCY HAS BEEN CLOSED

my stay at summit was excellent , clean rooms , convenient location , friendly staff , adequate parking space . I also enjoyed complimentary breakfast with variety of delicious options . I highly recommended this hotel in Pelling .

very old property without proper maintenance
the rooms are not clean and look very old without proper maintenance at all. I think they don't care at all. the only good thing is the customer service. appreciate it

location is good for kanchanjungha view. staff is cordial. food is good. hotel room amenities are good. we asked for room heater, they immediately provided.

Good Hotel for family stay
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Average stay! Did not entirely match with the pics and description as listed in MMT. However, the food was awesome; needs a special mention here.

groupLocation is good. You can view kanchenjunga from your room. Food quality and variety is very good. Staff behaviour is also polite and cooperative.

Beautiful Stay at Summit Newa Pelling
coupleA very warm welcome by Hotel staff & very beautifully decorated room by Som Maya & Malati made first impression quite Effective. Big size room with private balcony & in the backdrop snow filled Kanchan Junga Peak made our stay worthy at very reasonable price .Food at restaurant is excellent with lots of variety & attending staff hospitality touched us ..Would recommend all this property for mesmerising view of K2 & worth remembering Stay in Pelling...👏👏😊😊

Summit newa is a very bad hotel
The rooms are moist and not clean. The location is ok, but there are old construction sites which make the stay unpleasant. This property does not have an elevator which is a big let down. We had informed the hotel and restraint staff that we were leaving early and wanted packed breakfast. The hotel had agreed. But early morning they informed us that they had forgotten. Totally a very bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Wonderful staying
It was wonderful staying experience at summit new a at pelling. The location was apt to easy access to all the view points. The food was awesom in taste and variety. Room services was also excellent. Guided for sight seeing.

Terrible Stay
familyVery bad experience. They are not starting the generator and we have sleep without light and fan after 02 am. Not recommended to any one

Wi-fi service is not good
Location is very good but wi-fi service is not good. Room is good but no sleeper. Room service is good.
