We travelled for a day and had booked this apartment for one night. It is spacious and extremely well maintained. Beds are comfortable and bedsheets and spot on. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Tirupati. Reniguntha railway station is 15 min from there so it's quite convenient too. Manager is very approachable and quite helpful. Entire building is connected to solar so hot water is available even at 5 am in morning. 5 star from my side.

Had travelled with 2 old aged people and 2 kids, this facility had exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, friendliness of the staff. Only very minor issue I can call out is the availability of hot water, fortunately I had a heater rod, but had to spend extra time RO research on getting water. Otherwise, the stay was lovely and worth the money spent.

We booked this hotel for second time and as usual they didn't disappoint us. Rooms were neat and clean. Owner and staff were easily reachable and very polite. Easy reachable to all temple and railway station. Kudos to the entire pool.
