behaviour was excellent, quality food was served, maintaining good cleanniness

very near to busstand and for other facilities for day today work. Food is very good. Staff very good. Rooms are average and little small. But for the price it is ok.

the food is really good, location of the hotel is near bus stand so it was quite easy to find. Room was spacious.

1. No toiletries were provided even after request. 2. We had booked for three, my father, mother and myself but were given a small bed although we had booked a deluxe one. 3. Small cockroaches were seen roaming here and there. 4. The water bottle provided was a used one and hence we had to buy two of them for our use. One of the worst experiences of my life and my 1558. 00 went waste

When I reached hotel. There is no room available… This is very poor kind of service you provide… kindly make sure for future.

Hygiene issue, ac/tv condition was very bad as making lot of extra sound. Over priced food menu. Insects in the room. No soap/towel/service phone. Very old and poor water heater. Not recommended in that price range.

Good hotel and good price at make my trip and the funny part was after breakfast when we went at counter for payment they said its complimentary in your stay. Thanks for this also

Clean rooms but bed mattress was hard. Food was good. They serve food till 11 pm. Service is also great. Overall, great experience.
