I stayed at this hotel for a night, and I would like to share my honest experience so that future guests are aware.
• The hotel restaurant closes by 10:30 PM, and the food menu is quite expensive, which may not be affordable for every single guest.
• If you try to order food from Swiggy or Zomato after that, the hotel staff does not allow it. Even after requesting, they make it difficult and will not provide plates, spoons, or any basic cutlery in the room.
• During the night, their staff availability is almost zero. The night receptionist (Mr. Raj) himself clearly said that they don’t have anyone to serve at night, and guests should manage on their own.
• Shockingly, when I tried to raise my concern, the night staff even told me directly: “Go ahead, complain whenever you want, even tell the manager, I don’t care.”
This kind of behavior and lack of basic hospitality is very disappointing, especially for guests staying overnight.
